Be patient, this can take up to 3 minutes.
You need to CLICK the DISCLOSURE DOCUMENT link - this will open up the DocuSign Agreement.
Follow the steps to sign the agreement. This also can take time - patience.
If the home is within an approved LMI zone, use Option One. Otherwise, select Option Two and upload qualifying documents.
Select the preferred payment method.
Credit card entry.
Last step is for the customer to create their nautilus on-line account.
